MASSIVE SURPRISE REVEALED

Today is the big day that I can finally tell you what I have wanted to tell you for weeks, the massive announcement. I'm so happy that I am back into daily vlogging and I'm loving it.

HOME FROM THE RUNNING CAMP

After a few dramas with my old camera and absolutely horrible internet on the running camp, I can now say that I'm back home and I have a new camera with me ready to start vlogging my journey to Europe.

RUNNING WITH FLYNN

Okay, now I haven't posted on here lately just because I've been really busy. I'm going to try and get back into it though, so here is my latest video. Enjoy

I had a great day running with Flynn in his cross country and I was pretty honoured to have been asked to run with him. 

When it came time to actually do a run session in the afternoon I didn't really feel up to it at all. But I made myself go out and train and suffer for a bit. Unfortunately though I suffered from running on the concrete and my calves were really sore, so I didn't complete the session.
