Morning Tea:
- 3x Oatmeal Breakfast Bars (Homemade but not vegan. They contain eggs & honey)
- 1x Raw Chocolate Vegan Bar
- 3x Dates
Lunch:
- 2x Wraps filled with; cucumber, lettuce, spinach, avocado, potato, egg & mayonnaise
- 1x Peanut Butter Sandwhich
- 2x Dates
- Water
Afternoon Tea:
- 6x Mini Sushi rolls filled with avocado
Dinner:
- 6x mini sushi rolls filled with avocado
- 1x small bowl of stir fried noodles and vegetables (carrot, beans, broccoli)
