Finally I'm having a different lunch at school today, a few things got mixed around so here is what I had.
Breakfast:
- Banana Smoothie (5 1/2 banana's, coconut sugar, 1tsp brown sugar)
- This smoothie made just under 2 litres and is the perfect way to fill up in the morning
Morning Tea:
- 4x dates
- 1x peanut butter sandwich
- 1x 250mL poppa
- 3x pastry rolls (filled with beans, rice, quinoa)
Lunch:
- 2x Potato Salad Wraps (potato, avocado, beans, lettuce, carrot, egg, rice, lentils)
- 1x Peanut butter sandwich
- Water
Afternoon Tea: (before running)
- 2x raw vegan bars ($2 from Coles)
- 4 medjool dates
Dinner:
- Spanish rice with red kidney beans and corn
Desert:
- 4x medjool dates
